General Conditions

  • Please ensure correct products and quantities are selected before completing your purchase.

  • Products can be returned within 10 days after delivery.

  • There is no general right to return goods simply because you changed your mind or have no further use for them, unless the item is defective, unsafe, or not fit for its intended purpose.

  • Depending on the item and supplier, returns may incur a handling fee.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

  • Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production has started.

  • For other items, a handling fee may apply depending on the brand and supplier.

Damaged or Faulty Products

  • Please contact us immediately if products arrive damaged, defective, or contaminated so we can arrange a prompt replacement.

  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), goods may be sent to the supplier for technical assessment before processing any repair, replacement, or refund.

  • No refund or replacement will be issued until the original items have been received and inspected by our office.
