Want to return or exhange a product purchased from Penfile Office Supplies?

No problem, just get in touch with our customer service department and we will be happy to assist.

• We advise customers to ensure that the correct products are selected prior to purchasing.
• Products may be returned within 30 (Thirty) days from date of purchase.
• Products should be in original packaging unopened, unused and in a resellable condition.
• If our products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away so a replacement can be arranged as soon as possible.
• In terms of the CPA we have the right to send goods to the supplier for a technical assessment prior to repairing, replacing or refunding.
• No refund or replacement will be made before original items have been received by our office.
• Penfile Office Supplies shall not be bound by any incorrect information regarding our products displayed on any other websites.
